Ilo, Peru

Empresa Nacional de Puertos ENAPU S.A., is an Anonymous Society based on the regime of Private Law for Government Enterprises, regulated by Law Nº 24948. It was created as a Decentralized Public Organism of the Transports and Communications Sector , by means of Decree Laws Nº 17526 and Nº 18027.

Its statute was formalized by means of notaries instrument, dated September 30, 1981, and registered by Public Notary of Callao, Dr. Oscar Vallejo Yáñez, which in turn was modified by means of  notaries instrument dated October 7, 1992, and registered by Public Notary of Callao Dr. Oscar Medelius Rodríguez.

The Society is inscribed with record number 2131 in the Callao Mercantile Register.
